Returns & Refunds Policy – Athena Compass Consulting
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/ refund, you must send us a e-mail stating the product (the report) you would like to take a refund for. Only the last purchased product (report) is eligible for a refund.
The product (report) that you buy from us is a softcopy file and is not physically returnable. ON eligible cases, refund can be processed.
To Complete Your Refund Process, We Require:
- A request in e mail or letter form, from the same individual who has originally purchased the product (report)
- A receipt or invoice or a proof of purchase.
- The e mail ID or user ID of the individual with which the product (report) is associated.
- A declaration that the product (report) would be removed from any and all computer it may have been stored or shared with; and that the contents of the report would no longer be used for any purpose whatsoever.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for return/ refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable period of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
